Stay Strong, Stay Healthy
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) is an 8 week strength training program for older adults. The goal of this evidence-based program is to improve health, quality of life, and maintain independence through strength training.

Participant Fee: $20 (Due to local grant funding through the Area Agency on Aging, the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy program is temporarily free of charge to those who are 60 and older).
