Adult Kansas 4-H Volunteer Applicant Steps
- If your family uses the Kansas 4HOnline system at https://v2.4honline.com/ , you already have a family account. Login to your family and add yourself as a new family member if you don’t have an adult profile. If your family has never used 4HOnline, you will need to create a new family account before creating an adult profile for yourself.
- Once enrolled, please be watching for an email from Jo Hetrick-Anstaett (janstaett@ksu.edu). She will be contacting you to set up an interview.
- You will need to complete a Criminal Background Check here. You will create an account and then be emailed instructions on completing the CBC.
- You will need to complete the Volunteer Orientation on 4HOnline. To find this, log in to 4HOnline and click on Member List at the top. Click the blue view button next to your name. On the left side of the page, you will see a Trainings Tab. If you click on that, you will see the Volunteer Orientation training.
- The last step will be to submit your name to our Extension Board for final approval. You will receive a letter concerning your volunteer status, appointment for 4-H work, and updated status within the 4HOnline system.
If you have any questions, please contact Jo Hetrick-Anstaett at 785-828-4438 or email janstaett@ksu.edu.
